The hotel had large, well-furnished, and comfortable rooms, although ours were not assigned as requested. The service was exceptional, especially from Sabina & Ilaria who went above and beyond to assist. The location was excellent with a view of the famous castle available, perfect for day trips. The dining experience was good with a variety of European cuisine options but ended too early at 9.45. Overall, a great stay with some minor inconveniences.

I simply loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic with a balcony offering a breathtaking view. The secure WiFi was a huge plus too. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown with an early finish time for the buffet. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Sabina and Ilaria who made everything seamless. The location was superb, offering a view of the famous castle, perfect for day trips. Definitely recommend it!
